Full-service expediting for New York City projects with the Department of Buildings, Fire Department, Department of Environmental Protection, Department of Transportation, Landmarks Preservation Commission, and Department of Housing Preservation and Development.

Who we are

New York Expediting Services, Inc. is a full-service expediting company in New York City with over twenty years of experience. Our staff includes Expediters, registered Architects, and registered Engineers. Our work over this period has resulted in the approval of over 5,000 applications.

Our work, as full-service Expediters, Architects, and Engineers, includes the preparation of documents, drawings, and filings for New York City Department of Buildings (BIS & DOB NOW), New York City Landmark Preservation Commission (LPC—including LPC Expedited Review for Certificates of No Effect), FDNY applications (FA), Department of Environmental Protection (DEP—RPZ & Hydrant Flow Tests) filings, and Fire Suppression System (FS) filings for approval by these various agencies.

We specialize in Letters of Completion (LOC) and Project Signoffs (SO), including violation removal, and OATH hearing appearances if necessary.

Our team has extensive experience and expertise in all facets of the work required to successfully file and obtain approval through the various New York City agencies listed above, including Landmarked structures (Alt 1, Alt 2, Alt 3, NB & Demo).

As needed and required, our team is actively engaged in preliminary records research with the NYC Department of Buildings via the Building Information System (BIS) and DOB NOW websites, including FDNY records, to determine the legal use and disposition of the work being filed.
